Bible Reading Plan Welcome to Equipped for Living’s unique ‘core and options’ three year Bible reading plan. This doesn’t mean that parts of the Bible are optional. What it does mean is that, if you are short of time for your reading, there are ‘core’ readings to do each day and ‘options’ readings to do if you have time. Bible Reading Plan – Year Three If you manage to stick with all four readings each day for three years, you will have read the Gospels and Acts an amazing nine times; the rest of the New Testament six times; Psalms, Proverbs and Ecclesiastes three times; and the rest of the Old Testament once.
